I had them verify the SA power is good, which it is, and another 5069-IF8 module 2 slots down is functioning fine, so SA power appears to be good. I saw this thread and thought "there's no way in the world a 5069-IF8 doesn't support 3 wire transmitters" and figured I'd find a working example onsite to prove it, then post back. I then promptly forgot about it.
